Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was extremely dirty, and the service was just as bad, with a rude staff member nearly making me feel unsafe. My stay at this hotel was just terrible. The atmosphere was more like a bad horror movie, and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The only positive was the proximity to the train station, but everything else was incredibly disappointing, including the cleanliness of the room and the overall safety of the place.
